But such a visit could only take place without restrictions, he said.<\/p><p>Human rights groups and the USA accuse China of genocide against the Uyghur Muslim minority, among other things. China rejects this.<\/p><p>The Olympic Games in the Chinese capital from February 4 to 20 have brought possible human rights violations back into the spotlight.
