On 16 March in Vienna, WUC President Turgunjan Alawdun and Dolkun Isa, President of the Uyghur Center for Democracy and Human Rights (UZDM), participated in the OSCE Supplementary Human Dimension Conference, engaging with international partners on the urgent human rights situation of Uyghurs.
A valuable exchange also took place with Maria Telalian, Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. On 17 March, Dolkun Isa further addressed transnational repression during the Human Dimension Meeting, highlighting the continued threats faced by Uyghurs in OSCE countries and calling for stronger measures to protect diaspora communities.
